What it does
Employee records
One record per employee with dated history, ID documents, dependants, custom fields, transfers, termination and rehire, and an organisation chart.
Leave and attendance
Leave entitlements with daily accrual, an approval chain from line manager to HR, holiday calendars, biometric punch import and shifts that cross midnight.
Payroll with controls
Payroll runs with a calculation checksum, separate preparer, approver and payer, locking, variance reports, bank transfer files and final settlements.
Payroll audit
A dedicated audit module to check payroll before it is paid.
Salary scales and grades
Structured grades and scales that keep pay consistent across branches.
Job profiling
Job profiles with weighted responsibilities, workload and required FTE, competencies, KPIs and version history.
