Our Compliance Standard
Health communication influences real decisions about health. This is how we keep every campaign, post and page accurate, responsible and within the rules of the market it runs in.
Our principles
- We do not diagnose or prescribe, in any channel.
- We use medical terms accurately and explain them clearly.
- Claims stay within what the product is approved to say.
- We never promise health outcomes or guaranteed results.
- Nothing health-related is published without review.
How a piece of content is approved
Approved claims library
We start from the product’s approved information and registration details, not from marketing ideas.
Writing to the claims
Writers and designers work from the library, in Arabic and English.
Pharmacist review
A pharmacist checks every health claim, reference and disclaimer.
Market and platform check
We check the content against the target market’s advertising rules and the platform’s healthcare policies.
Your approval
You approve the final version. We log the approval with the product registration number.
Publish and monitor
After publishing, comments are moderated and possible side-effect reports are escalated to your pharmacovigilance contact.
Markets we work in
Each market has its own regulator and its own rules for health advertising. We plan for the rules of every market a piece will appear in.

SFDA
